TRIANGLE POSE
45 DEGREE BACK LINES
Spot the 45 degree angle lines at the back of your mat and adjust your foot according to your height (for taller people use the fartest back line) and use the middle line to place your front foot at a 90 degree angle facing the front of the mat

HIGH LUNGE
MIDDLE LINE GUIDANCE
Utilize the middle division in order to achieve the perfect high lunge where both feet are equal distance to the middle line and your feet are parallel to it.

WARRIOR I
BACK 45 DEGREE ANGLE LINES
Spot the 45 degree angle lines at the back of your mat and adjust your foot according to your height (for taller height use the line fartes to the back) and use the middle line to place your front foot at a 90 degree angle facing the front of the mat

Warrior II
90 DEGREE BACK LINES
Spot the 90 degree angle lines at the back of your mat and adjust your foot according to your height (for taller people use the fartest back line) and use the middle line to place your front foot at a 90 degree angle facing the front of the mat.

GODDESS POSE
45 DEGREE CENTER LINES
Utilize the 45 degree angle lines in order to properly achieve goddess pose where both feet are equally distributed at a 45 degree angle

DOWNWARD FACING DOG
FIRST LINE AT THE TOP
Use the mats first line to make sure your hands are equally distributed, make sue your index fingers are pointing towards the front of the mat
